These may cost a little bit more but it would be well worth the little extra when you see how well it will complement your cake.

If you can personalize both the cake and the cake topper, that would be exceptional. If you do not like having your names written all over, why not consider one that is non-traditional? If you both like golf, perhaps a golfing couple can represent you both? If you like little dogs, perhaps one of a couple walking a dog will be perfect? Let your creative juices flow and share them with your confectioner. It will help him or her create your cake and recommend a suitable cake topper.
Use a hand-me-down
No we are not asking you to purchase a second-hand cake topper from a thrift shop. An idea that we particularly like is if your parents still keep their cake topper, it can be particularly meaningful to use it on your cake.
